University of A Coruña in Spain is seeking a research staff member to join the CITIC centre under the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Transfer. The role focuses on designing and implementing the centre’s communications strategy, coordinating annual and activity reports, and managing media relations.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Journalism or Audiovisual Communication (or related fields) and GALICIAN CELGA 4; the appointment is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours weekly.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Journalism/Audiovisual Communication.
• Galician language level CELGA 4 required.
• Documentation including certificates and language certificates may be required.
• Eligibility criteria include scoring at least 60 points.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement CITIC’s institutional strategy and communications plan.
• Prepare annual activity and communications reports.
• Manage media communications, press releases, interviews, and media monitoring.
• Oversee website, social media, and newsletters analytics.
• Organize scientific events, conferences, and institutional visits.
• Coordinate with universities, research centres, and partner organisations.
• Develop the centre’s RRI plan and monitor related activities.
• Coordinate science outreach and outreach content.
• Disseminate information among staff and management departments.

Educación

Master’s degree in Journalism or Audiovisual Communication

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations

Galician language proficiency CELGA Level 4
