Kreios Space is seeking a Senior Public Funding & Bid Manager to align our technology roadmap with strategic programmes and high‑impact proposals. You will lead end‑to‑end European, national and institutional funding efforts, coordinating inputs from engineering, finance and partners to deliver compliant projects.

Formación

• 5+ years in public R&D funding, grants or innovation funding.
• Proven experience leading complex funding proposals end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of European and Spanish funding programmes (ESA, EC, CDTI).
• Strong financial understanding of funded projects (budgeting, eligible costs, funding rates, audits).
• Ability to translate complex technical projects into competitive proposals.
• Highly autonomous, organised, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead public funding proposals end-to-end from assessment to submission.
• Build compelling proposals translating the roadmap into impactful projects.
• Define and optimise budgets, eligible costs, funding rates, resources and subcontracting.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, finance, partners and stakeholders.
• Own awarded projects: amendments, reporting, audits, and interactions with funding authorities.
• Manage multiple funding opportunities simultaneously, identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Support the Head of Public Funding to improve the project pipeline.
