Job summary

Roche is seeking a Network Lead for PSPO within RIS to connect leadership with cybersecurity and privacy priorities in a SAFe environment. You will translate business needs into strategic requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with global teams to ensure secure, compliant digital solutions that support long-term commercial success.

The role requires deep risk concepts, executive communication, and proven Agile leadership in complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, CS, Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years in cybersecurity/privacy program management or strategic IT business relationships.
• Strong risk concepts and fluent communication with executives.
• Proven SAFe or Agile leadership experience in matrix organizations.
• Ability to influence Senior Management and Business Risk Owners.

Responsibilities

• Align cybersecurity and privacy roadmaps with RIS business goals.
• Translate risks into business decisions and value propositions for leadership.
• Prioritize backlogs and manage capacity across SAFe teams.
• Drive standard adoption and resolve delivery bottlenecks across RIS.
• Define mid- to long-term security roadmaps with clear visibility.
