What You Will Do

• Manage sourcing initiatives in Spain and lead international sourcing projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supplier selection and negotiations
• Lead sourcing for (indirect) spend categories such as IT software / hardware and professional services, and other procurement categories
• Drive cost reduction efforts and supplier performance management
• Develop processes, tools, and best practices for procurement efficiency

What You Bring

• Degree in IT or business administration, ideally with procurement certifications
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or consulting
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus
