Tecnicas Reunidas in Madrid is seeking a Procurement Specialist/Coordinator for reimbursable and EPC small-scale projects to lead procurement activities across FEL, FEED and related phases. You will review contracts, coordinate with Client and Project Management, develop procurement execution plans, monitor supplier performance, and drive ethical, sustainable procurement in a hybrid work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in procurement roles within industrial projects.
• Experience in purchasing, expediting and logistics for projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Review project contracts to identify procurement-impacting clauses.
• Serve as focal point for procurement matters with client and management.
• Develop and implement the Project Procurement Execution Plan.
• Oversee procurement activities to meet schedules and milestones.
• Lead regular procurement meetings to mitigate risks and drive follow-up.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Controls for alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Participate in commercial evaluations and negotiations.
• Promote sustainable and ethical procurement practices.
• Prepare procurement reports for stakeholders and lessons learned.
