Job summary

Amazon AMXL is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive programs and improve processes that fuel FBA Heavy Bulky growth across the EU. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration across inbound, placement, storage and outbound.

You will lead initiatives, monitor metrics, and work with multiple teams to scale bulky-item operations, influence seller experience and cost efficiency, and deliver measurable improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in SCM/engineering/business.
Experience working across cross-functional teams.
Experience defining program requirements with data-driven improvements.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented and communication skills.
Experience writing SQL queries and creating BI reports (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Launch programs, monitor metrics and report on key objectives.
Use data to understand operational challenges and drive improvements.
