Job summary

Puig is seeking a highly analytical Market Analyst to join the Strategic Planning team in Barcelona. You will build the strategic fact base, translate market and macro data into clear insights, and support executive decision-making through robust analyses.

Working closely with the Strategic Planning Director and other teams, you will contribute to long-term planning cycles and ensure data accuracy across strategic materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in market analysis or analytics in strategy or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset to structure and synthesize data.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; executive-ready communication.
• Beauty or luxury industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate macroeconomic data into strategic implications for Puig's markets and brands.
• Analyze market performance, growth forecasts, trends and competitive dynamics.
• Support strategic planning cycles with robust cross-functional inputs.
• Synthesize data into executive-ready insights for strategy decks.
