• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years for high-potential candidates or 5+ years for senior procurement specialists in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, or service management within multinational environments.
• Industry focus: experience in transportation, logistics, construction, infrastructure, energy, or other project-based industrial sectors.
• Commercial & financial skills: strong negotiation profile with the ability to interpret numbers, run benchmarks, and communicate persuasively.
• Procurement tools: proficient in sourcing processes and procurement platforms (knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus).
• Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written); German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts for logistics services, specialized transport, and construction support.
• Develop and maintain cost models, price benchmarks, and offer comparisons to challenge cost premises with financial arguments.
• Drive negotiations and build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders (suppliers, operations, logistics, sales, legal, and finance) to align business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and tendering teams during the bidding phase by calculating competitive logistics costs and securing supplier capacity.
• Ensure contract compliance, track delivery targets, and maintain long-term commercial partnerships.
