A leading global industrial and logistics developer is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Land Acquisition & Development) in Spain. In this pivotal role, you will drive the sourcing and securing of strategic sites for industrial and data centre developments, ensuring a robust pipeline that supports long-term growth. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and over 5 years of experience in land sourcing, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in land sourcing and land due diligence.
• Strong technical and risk-management background.
• In-depth knowledge of zoning, permitting, town planning, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Source, assess, and secure land opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic development plan.
• Manage the full acquisition process, including due diligence and negotiation of purchase agreements.
• Liaise with public authorities and agencies regarding zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
