Illinois Tool Works (ITW) invites you to join as Key Account Manager - Electrical Distribution in Madrid. You will cultivate partnerships with major national and regional distributors, manage strategic accounts, and negotiate commercial agreements to drive sustainable growth across Spain.

You will travel regularly, liaise with local and European teams, and implement the company's commercial strategy while ensuring brand visibility and product availability.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in B2B commercial environments.
• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and negotiate agreements.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional English.

Responsabilités

• Develop long-term relationships with key electrical distribution accounts.
• Negotiate annual commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Build and implement account development plans aligned with customer objectives.
• Manage sales revenue, profitability, and market share across portfolio.
• Support launch and listing of new product ranges.
• Identify growth opportunities with purchasing, sales and marketing teams.
• Lead strategic commercial negotiations and periodic business reviews.
• Visit distributors and points of sale to support local development.
• Train distributor sales teams and ensure brand visibility and product availability.
