STADA Group is seeking a seasoned professional to manage performance of external contract manufacturers, focusing on Specialty and Biosimilar segments, ensuring timely and complete deliveries on favorable terms. The role requires strengthening the CMO relations and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain.

You will lead strategic supplier relationships, negotiate supply agreements, and coordinate cross-functional activities to mitigate risks and optimize costs.

Formación

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in business analysis and understanding of manufacturing cost structure (RPM, OH, etc).
• 5+ years handling external suppliers from a business perspective; supplier relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage performance of assigned contract manufacturers with focus on Specialty and Biosimilar segments.
• Ensure on-time and in-full delivery from CMOs under favorable sourcing conditions.
• Establish and ensure necessary business and legal framework between CMOs and STADA.
• Represent ESO in cross-functional meetings to align STADA position.
• Lead regular MBRs with senior stakeholders to review performance and identify improvements.
• Forecasting, production planning and supply chain process collaboration to ensure continuity of supply.
