Under Armour in Spain is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and back up the Assistant Store Manager. You will uphold merchandise standards and help create a high-performance culture where everyone thrives.

You will analyze daily sales trends, manage merchandising, ensure loss prevention, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting onboarding and training. This role requires readiness for full-time hours and strong communication.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to stand, lift and move cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kg per shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

• Lead/rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations areas.

• Set priorities, KPIs, and sales targets with the team.
• Support onboarding and continuous training with store/regional leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Your Impact

We Count On Our Store Supervisors To

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions


• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation


• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results


• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business


• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products


• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.


• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target


• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training


• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years old


• High school degree or equivalent


• 1 year experience in a retail environment


• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus


• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices)


• Strong communication skills


• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs during each work shift with or without an accommodation


• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements


• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding
