Fashion Brand We are looking for a passionate Store Manager with experience in retail to join our amazing team in Sevilla!

The candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of fashion. The candidate should be able to maximize sales through strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and enthusiasm resulting in increased sales. The candidate will be responsible for daily operational management and guidance for the store, ensuring that the products are presented in accordance with the brand standards. The candidate must also achieve budgeted sales plans for the store on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Under the direction of the Area Manager, you will contribute to the achievement of sales goals at the point of sale.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience
  • Greet and assist customers throughout their visit, ensuring personalized service;
  • Advise the customer by promoting our traditional know‑how and the characteristics of our products through a controlled sales pitch;
  • Build customer loyalty and guarantee customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Development
  • Control and optimize performance indicators through sales analysis (Top, Flop, CR, ATV, UPT…);
  • Manage stock, guarantee reliability, and carry out inventories (revolving and total);
  • Ensure reporting to management (daily, weekly, and monthly reports);
  • Manage the trading budget of the point of sale.
3. Team Management
  • Participate in recruitment;
  • Ensure integration and training of new employees;
  • Manage sales goals on a daily basis (custom goals, challenges, etc.);
  • Guarantee development of employees’ skills (assessment, coaching…);
4. Store Operations
  • Create schedules and set up zoning;
  • Create visual merchandising according to the company guidelines;
  • Ensure the smooth running of the point of sale.
Qualifications

Initial management experience in retail or premium service sector. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a field worker and an effective manager. Strong commercial temperament and results‑oriented culture. Enthusiasm for fashion, strong product awareness, and good knowledge of the industry and its trends.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
