Dyson in Málaga seeks an Assistant Store Leader to act as the visible ambassador of the brand and lead a high-performing team. You will coach staff, drive exceptional customer experiences, and pursue relentless improvements while ensuring operations meet Dyson’s uncompromising standards.

You will identify growth opportunities, manage performance, and maintain brand integrity in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Proven retail management experience in high-performance, customer-facing environments.
• Proactive and resourceful with strong communication and decision-making.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as retail needs.
• Proficiency in English; local language as relevant.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and operational excellence.
