Capri Holdings Limited, owner of Michael Kors, is seeking a Stock Associate at its Madrid location to support stock-related tasks, inventory control, and replenishment while upholding brand presentation.

You will collaborate with store colleagues, contribute to sales goals via operational excellence, and help maintain loading and transfer accuracy, with a focus on loss prevention and customer experience.

• Maintain a strong presence in stock and on the floor, supporting customer experience.

• Share insights and support planning with your manager to meet business targets.
• Process deliveries and transfers accurately and on time.

• Partner with visual and store teams to maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure all deliveries and stock transfers are handled accurately and in line with brand guidelines.
• Support inventory control through regular cycle counts and bi-annual audits, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Act swiftly on early signs of stock loss and communicate effectively with store leadership to minimize risk.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising and store management teams to maintain brand presentation and ensure optimal product assortment.
