Role Mission

Ensure the efficient procurement and distribution of products within the Diagnostic Division by maintaining optimal stock levels, resolving supply chain conflicts, and implementing continuous improvements to guarantee timely deliveries and operational excellence.

What your responsibilities will be
  • You will manage the procurement and distribution of products marketed in the Diagnostic Division, analyzing supply strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, in coordination with the Commercial Area managers.
  • Set operational priorities based on material availability.
  • Identify conflict situations and apply the best possible solution to minimize the impact on the supply chain.
  • Monitor delivery times for purchased materials, responding to inquiries about managed orders (urgent shipments, availability, delivery times).
  • Prepare reports and track KPIs related to Logistics activities.
  • Perform maintenance/supervision of material master data entry.
  • Control return flows to warehouses.
  • Analyze supplier shipping issues, as well as supplier invoices that are blocked due to possible incidents, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
  • Identify new operational needs and develop improvement proposals to optimize area management.
  • Provide support in administrative tasks related to stock management.

You have higher education in Administration or Logistics, and specific training in the Supply Chain area is highly valued.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) are essential.
  • SAP at user level is required.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
