Cint is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Data Solutions & Measurement team. You will design and scale backend systems powering production data processes, with autonomy to push the boundaries and collaborate with Outcomes, Methodology & Recruitment teams.

You will focus on complex problems, contribute to migrations toward scalable architecture, and work with data science colleagues to deliver high-throughput, low-latency solutions in production environments.

Formación

• 10+ years backend software engineering experience.
• Core language is Java; other languages welcome (Python, Scala, C/C++, etc.).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and architecture for scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, scale, and maintain backend systems processing large data volumes.
• Work on event-driven and API-based integrations.
• Migrate toward domain-based, scalable architecture ideas.
