Arxada is seeking a Senior Professional Services Sourcing Specialist to partner with corporate functions across HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, IT, and more. You will own end-to-end sourcing for professional services, lead negotiations, and manage contracts to balance cost, risk, and business needs.

With 4–6 years in procurement, you will shape category strategies, drive savings, and ensure procurement governance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related field.
• 4–6 years of procurement or sourcing experience with professional services across corporate functions.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of managing supplier relationships and complex contracts.
• Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence across regions and functions.

You will combine deep category expertise with strong stakeholder management to ensure these engagements deliver value, manage risk, and support the business as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional buyer.
