Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Web Functional Analyst / Application Support Analyst to join an international project in the hospitality sector. This role combines functional analysis, technical investigation, incident management, cross-team coordination and—most importantly—solid experience working with web environments.

You will support and evolve key internal web platforms, managing complex incidents, analysing integrations, reproducing customer scenarios, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will also participate in UAT, scope definition, documentation, reporting and change management.

Key Qualifications

IMPORTANT: proven hands-on experience in WEB environments (APIs, integrations, Postman, debugging, CMS, front-end basics, GitLab, etc.) 3+ years as a Functional Analyst / Application Support Analyst.

• Real experience with web applications: REST APIs, integrations, Postman, log analysis
• Understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• Experience with web platforms, CMS or GitLab workflows
• Strong incident management experience using Jira
• Solid SQL skills (queries, validations)
• Experience defining and executing functional tests / UAT
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Advanced English (C1) — daily communication with international teams

Preferred Experience

• SEO, SAP ERP, SoapUI, automated testing, Google Analytics, AWS/GCP, experience in eCommerce or large-scale web applications

English: The first year will be full remote as part of Capitole. After that, you’ll join the client’s internal staff, transitioning to a hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site at client offices). The employee will adhere to information security policies: Will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the project they are working on.
