IQVIA Spain is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate 1 to join our sponsor-dedicated CRA team. You will conduct site visits, monitor trials, and support site initiation and close-out in accordance with GCP/ICH.

As part of a global CRO, you will collaborate with study sites, clients, and internal teams, travel as needed, and contribute to data quality and regulatory compliance while receiving world-class training and career development opportunities.

Formación

• University degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
• Minimum 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Solid knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH).
• Very good computer skills including MS Office.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sites, managers, and clients.
• Willingness to travel; holds a valid driver’s license (Class B).

Responsabilidades

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices per GCP/ICH
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data queries
• Collaborating with study-site experts and client representatives
