Benteler International seeks a qualified OT security specialist to maintain, secure, and optimize OT systems in industrial environments. You will bridge IT and plant operations, lead a small team, and develop OT security policies in line with IEC 62443/VDA-ISA standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating stakeholders across global teams, monitoring project quality, time, and costs, and advancing the OT security framework within production facilities.

Formación

• University degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Project management abilities and requirement identification skills.
• IT/OT background with 4.0/digital technologies exposure.
• Fluent in English (local language required).

Responsabilidades

• Bridge IT cybersecurity and production at global, market, and plant levels.
• Develop and implement OT security policies.
• Coordinate stakeholders and monitor project quality, time and costs.
• Pilot and implement IT/OT policies in IEC 62443/VDA-ISA projects.
• Monitor testing and implementation activities and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate tools, policies, governance with cybersecurity teams.
• Organize knowledge-sharing meetings with production and cybersecurity teams.
• Gather and consolidate requirements from production areas.
