A leading retail company is seeking a Legal Counsel to oversee legal affairs in Spain. The role includes drafting contracts, managing legal compliance, and supporting business initiatives in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience, with strong skills in research and communication, and a valid legal qualification in Spain. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with familiarity with local and EU regulations.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in a multinational corporation.
• Eligibility to practice law in Spain or qualification in another civil law jurisdiction.
• Solid understanding of Spanish contract law, corporate law, and data privacy (GDPR).

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and manage legal risks for operations in Spain.
• Support company establishment in Portugal.
• Oversee the protection of intellectual property rights in Spain.
