Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, Mechanical, Data or related field).
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, process flows, and material flows.
• Experience with data tools: Excel Advanced, Power BI, QlikSense, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client data, ensure consistency and usability; model and visualize for decision-making.
• Assist design of logistics and warehouse solutions, dimensioning models.
• Participate in project teams to ensure timely, quality delivery; support implementation.

• Analysis & Data Management: Analyse client data sets, ensuring consistency, completeness, and usability. Perform data aggregation, modelling, and visualization to support decision-making. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in warehouse operations.
• Solution Design & Development: Support the design of logistics and warehouse solutions (processes, layouts, systems). Contribute to dimensioning models (costs, resources, investments). Assist in developing tailored recommendations and action plans.
• Project Execution: Participate actively in project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Collaborate with senior consultants and managers in structuring project work. Support implementation phases and client workshops.
• Client Interaction: Contribute to client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Communicate analytical findings and proposed solutions clearly.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation. Ensure proper documentation of analyses, assumptions, and solutions.
• Continuous Improvement & Support: Research industry trends, tools, and best practices. Support proposal development and internal initiatives when required

• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, process flows, and material flows.
• Experience with data tools (Excel advanced, Power BI, QlikSense, SQL).
• Knowledge of process modelling tools (e.g., SAP Signavio).
• Familiarity with WMS/WCS systems and warehouse technologies.
• Basic knowledge of layout design tools (AutoCAD or similar).
• Experience participating in logistics or warehouse projects.
• Ability to structure analyses and develop data-driven solutions.
• Understanding of project methodologies and deliverables.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
• Languages: Spanish and English (professional working proficiency). Other languages are a plus.
• You will participate in large-scale Supply Chain decisions for significant improvements in Service, Inventory, Cost, Investments and Carbon Emissions for our customers.
