Formación

• Minimum 10 years of generalist HR experience.
• At least 5 years in an HR management or HRBP role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and contracts.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and maintain staffing agency relationships.
• Design and implement annual training and skills development plans.
• Act as the main HR point of contact, providing labor law guidance.
• Oversee payroll for two legal entities in collaboration with providers.
