Triwill Group, speaking on behalf of a partner, seeks a CRM & Communications Coordinator based in Spain. This role focuses on owning CRM and high-volume communications across a growing multi-brand portfolio.

You will ensure landlords and tenants receive the right information, through the right channel, at the right time, while managing email operations, segmentation and recurring communications at scale. The role blends data analysis, copywriting and process improvement with hands-on CRM

Responsabilidades

• Manage CRM and high-volume communications across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Oversee email operations, audience segmentation, and recurring communications at scale.
• Build repeatable systems to integrate newly acquired brands into a consistent communications infrastructure.
• Utilize automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive work while improving engagement, deliverability and quality.
