GMV in Madrid is seeking a Verification, Validation and Operations professional to join the CELESTE (LEOPNT) Control Centre. You will contribute to integration, verification, validation and operation of critical space systems.

You will work with experts, deploying software, preparing test environments, automating tests, and reporting campaigns. Occasional travel to Germany and Italy is required. Hybrid model and relocation package offered.

Formación

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
• Interest in space systems, satellite operations and verification activities.
• Knowledge of Linux-based distributed systems.
• Experience with test campaigns and system operations.

Responsabilidades

• Install and deploy control centre software.
• Prepare test environments and CI activities.
• Automate test execution and develop testing tools.
• Plan, prepare, execute and report verification campaigns.
• Define, prepare and execute operational procedures.
• Analyse operational data from the system.
• Coordinate with mission teams.
• Provide on-call operational support.
• Occasional travel to Germany and Italy for installations and tests.
