GMV is seeking a V&V+OPS engineer to support CELESTE (LEOPNT) Control Centre, focusing on robust test campaigns, automation, and operational procedures for mission success.

You will install and deploy the full control centre software, prepare CI environments, automate tests, and analyze system data. Occasional international travel and on-call support are included in this role.

Formación

• Experience with verification and validation campaigns and test methodologies.
• Linux based complex and distributed systems knowledge.
• Ability to install and deploy control centre software and related tools.
• Prepare test environments and CI activities, automate test execution.
• Plan, execute and report verification campaigns and operational procedures.
• Analyze system data and coordinate with mission teams.
• Provide on-call/remote operational support during deployments.
• Occasional travel to Germany and Italy for installations and tests.
• Familiar with virtualization and container tech: vSphere, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with DOORS, qTest, TestLink, TestRail for test management.

In this role, you will join the V&V+OPS team supporting CELESTE (LEOPNT) Control Centre to ensure reliable satellite operations. You will help integrate, verify, validate, and operate critical space systems alongside experts in a dynamic environment. The position focuses on building robust test campaigns, automation, and operational procedures that enable mission success. This is an opportunity to shape space-control software deployment and on-call support across international teams.
