Job summary

GMV in Madrid is expanding its Aerospace software team to work on space mission software projects within the Flight Segment & Robotics Business Unit.

The role involves analyzing and defining algorithms to simulate payload behaviour, developing and unit testing in C++ and Python, and integrating algorithms into a single framework. You will be part of an international, multidisciplinary team with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong software programming and implementation skills; space mission interest is a plus.
• Experience with C++ and GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define algorithms to simulate payload behaviour using C++ and/or Python.
• Integrate and orchestrate algorithms into a single application; review technical documentation.
• Perform system-level testing, report results, and support CI/CD tooling (Git, Docker).
