Who We Are Looking For…

As a Spa Service Expert, you will ensure that every guest enjoys a relaxing and personalized experience from the moment they arrive at the spa. If you have great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and love working in a luxury environment, we want to meet you!

Your Responsibilities Include…

• Provide general guidance to guests about the spa, including locker use, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juices, or heated neck pillows to enhance guest comfort.
• Answer questions about spa services and hotel facilities.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Regularly check the system for updates and schedule changes throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations, treatment rooms, lockers, and common areas.
• Place used linens in the designated area.
• Secure products and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Restock lockers, lounge areas, and hospitality stations with towels, linens, products, and amenities.

What We Expect From You…

• Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service (preferably in luxury hotels).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Valid work permit in Spain.
