A luxury yacht culinary team is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a 62m private and charter motor yacht currently in Palma de Mallorca. The ideal candidate will have prior experience on a similar-sized yacht, strong knowledge of dietary requirements, and be a motivated team player. This role offers the chance to create high-quality meals for both guests and crew, working under an accomplished Head Chef.

The vessel typically completes aMediterranean charter seasonbefore returning to theU.S. for winter.

Fully crewed with18 professional crew members, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and creative chef who takes pride in producing high-quality, healthy, and delicious meals for both guests and crew. Candidates should ideally haveprevious experience on a similar-sized yacht, strongknowledge of dietary requirements, and apositive, team-focused attitude. You will be working under a nice and talented Head Chef.
