ALK-Abelló Nordic in Madrid is looking for a motivated individual to join their Raw Materials area within the Manufacturing Department. This position involves providing technical support in the production of materials used in vaccines and diagnostics, focusing on learning and professional growth.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and experience in laboratory work, with good observation and analytical skills. English proficiency is also required, along with a responsible and quality-oriented attitude.

Formación

  • Education in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field is required.

  • Demonstrable upper-intermediate level of English.

We are seeking someone to join the Raw Materials area within the Manufacturing Department, providing technical support in the production of raw materials used in vaccines and diagnostics.

What will your mission be? Learn and develop as a scientific/technical professional in biological production, contributing to the manufacture of complex raw materials and progressively taking part in the analysis and improvement of production processes.

What will you do day to day:
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing processes of complex raw materials.
  • Participate in resolving technical issues, learning to analyze causes and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of technical experiments under the supervision of senior staff.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating technical SOPs.
  • Work closely with the Production, QA, and QC departments.
  • Take part in knowledge transfer and internal training activities.
  • Occasionally interact with international teams, gaining experience in a global environment.
Requirements:
  • Education in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Early experience (internships or 1–3 years) in laboratory work, biological production, or microbiological/cellular processes.
  • A genuine interest in understanding how and why processes work.
  • Strong observation and analytical skills, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Demonstrable upper-intermediate level of English.
  • A responsible, quality-oriented attitude.
