Inspectorio is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation engagements for global fashion and retail clients. You will translate business needs into tailored designs, drive API/SFTP integrations, and act as a trusted advisor across cross-functional teams.

Bring 5+ years of SaaS implementation experience, strong consulting skills, and fluency in English to deliver scalable solutions that accelerate value realization and AI adoption within complex supply chains.

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level software implementations from end to end.
• Deep understanding of technical integrations, especially API and SFTP.
• Experience with solution design, business process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Strong consulting skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders at various seniority levels (including VP/SVP/C-suite).
• Experience working with distributed teams and managing projects remotely.
• Fluent in English.

About The Role

At Inspectorio, our Solutions Consulting team is instrumental in driving the success of our customers and revenue growth. We partner with global brands, retailers, and manufacturers primarily in the retail and apparel industries to deliver tailored solutions that help them scale their quality, sustainability, and compliance initiatives.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementation engagements, combining business acumen, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor for our customers. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure the seamless delivery and adoption of Inspectorio’s platform and continuously improve our delivery process.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Implementation & Client Advisory

• Own the full implementation lifecycle—from discovery through deployment and post-go-live optimization.
• Design and lead structured project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into tailored solution designs leveraging Inspectorio’s platform.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
• Proactively identify risks and build mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Provide strategic consulting and best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Manage multiple implementation projects independently, ensuring delivery excellence.

Solution Design, Technical Expertise & AI Integration

• Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture sessions.
• Drive integration and configuration work including APIs, SFTP, and automation tools.
• Advise customers on maximizing value through Inspectorio's AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to integrate AI-driven insights and automation into their supply chain processes.
• Deliver compelling product demos, technical workshops, and executive briefings.
• Develop solution documentation, configuration playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues and liaise with Product and Engineering teams to drive resolution.
• Surface customer feedback to help shape platform evolution and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver solutions aligned to business needs.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping, solution validation, and transition to post-sales teams.
• Influence internal teams with competitive and industry insights to improve our offerings.
• Share learnings, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of learning.

Core Requirements

• Solution Design & Consulting: Analyzes customer needs and designs scalable, innovative and industry-standard solutions leveraging Inspectorio’s platform to maximize business impact.
• AI-Native Mindset & Application: Demonstrates a strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, predictive analytics, and generative AI. Proactively leverages AI tools to enhance workflows, drive operational efficiency, and champion customer adoption of AI features within the platform.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnoses and resolves technical issues efficiently using platform expertise to minimize customer downtime and enhance satisfaction.
• Platform & Integration Expertise: Maintains expert knowledge of Inspectorio modules, API integrations, and data flows to support seamless implementation and usage.
• Discovery & Requirements Gathering: Conducts detailed customer interviews to uncover needs, pain points, and success criteria guiding solution customization and improvement. Maps requirements against industry best-practices.
• Change Management: Facilitates adoption of new features and process changes through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Uses platform data and customer feedback to inform technical recommendations and optimize solution performance.
• Communication & Presentation Skills: Effectively conveys complex technical information to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and buy-in.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level software implementations from end to end.
• Deep understanding of technical integrations, especially API and SFTP.
• Experience with solution design, business process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Strong consulting skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders at various seniority levels (including VP/SVP/C-suite).
• Experience working with distributed teams and managing projects remotely.
• Comfortable managing objectives, KPIs, and driving client value independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and client-facing interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or supply chain technology is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
