European Tech Recruit busca un Arquitecto de Soluciones para liderar el diseño técnico y el apoyo a ventas en proyectos de automatización industrial en España y Europa. Se espera experiencia en DCS, PLC, SCADA y OT/IT, con capacidad para generar documentación técnica de alta calidad.

El candidato debe tener al menos 3 años de experiencia, dominio de Industry 4.0, y fluidez en español e inglés. Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar y trabajar principalmente en Barcelona, España.

Formación

• Licenciatura en automatización o ingeniería relacionada.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en automatización industrial.
• Conocimientos en Industry 4.0 y factoría inteligente.
• Fluido en español e inglés; viaje frecuente.

Descripción del trabajo Solutions Architect – Spain (Barcelona) - Frequent Travel Our client is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead technical solution design and pre-sales support for industrial automation projects across Spain and the wider European region. The role will focus on delivering control and automation solutions across DCS, PLC, SIS and SCADA environments, supporting customers from initial requirements gathering through technical solution design, proposal development and bidding activities. Design end-to-end industrial control architectures covering DCS, PLC, SIS and SCADA systems. Act as the main technical point of contact during bidding processes, providing technical clarification and supporting successful commercial outcomes. Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including system architectures, manuals and training materials adapted to customer requirements. Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and can be delivered successfully. Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience within industrial automation, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, or OT/IT integration. Experience or knowledge related to Industry 4.0 and smart factory deployment. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, AI and SaaS models would be a strong advantage. Strong presentation, proposal-writing and stakeholder-management skills, particularly within technical pre-sales or bidding environments. Willingness to travel as required to support projects within Spain and internationally. Fluent Spanish and English are required. Chinese language would be considered an advantage.
