A leading tech solutions company is seeking two Solution Architects to design scalable IT platforms for omnichannel processes. Candidates should have hands-on ERP experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and fluency in English. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring quality deliverables. This position is fully remote within Spain.

Formación

• Proven experience as an IT Solution Architect or similar role in complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, PLM, and Omnichannel TechStack systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Solution Architect

We’re looking for two Solution Architects with hands‑on ERP experience, who thrives on designing end‑to‑end, scalable IT platforms for omnichannel and business processes—enabling growth, efficiency, and seamless global operations. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams and external partners to build integrated, secure, and resilient software solutions.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and adapt IT solution architectures, creating functional and integration designs based on business needs.
• Coordinate external implementation partners: align on designs, conduct integration testing, and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Manage external vendors, including contract review, negotiation, and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Define product vision together with business stakeholders, prioritize backlogs for key platforms (B2B portal, supply chain, retail, middleware, eCom), and ensure development teams deliver business value.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to make sure products meet user needs and business goals.
• Provide 3rd‑level support: troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and use low‑code solutions when needed.
• Maintain clear documentation for architectures, processes, platforms, and SOPs, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to 1st/2nd‑level support teams.

✅ What You Bring

• Proven experience as an IT Solution Architect, Business Analyst IT, IT Software Architect, or Product Owner in complex, dynamic IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, Omnichannel TechStack), Cloud platforms (Azure), and system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and work effectively with international teams.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Hands‑on ERP experience is mandatory (Microsoft Dynamics F&O).
