Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions.

What you'll do:
  • The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Executive is to achieve their overall revenue goal.
  • In order to achieve this goal, the Solution Sales Executive must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 4x their quota in pipeline opportunity.
  • The Solution Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing and driving strategy.
  • The Senior Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for all of SAP's targeted line of business solutions and services to potential customers & prospects in that territory.
  • Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management: Drive solution‑specific sales motions, bring in domain expertise to solve customer business challenges.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, ensuring a healthy pipeline and advancing the sales funnel.
  • Leverage internal resources, including marketing and business development, to drive demand and manage opportunities.
  • Work with external partners on joint sales campaigns.
  • Scout the market for potential compelling events impacting prospective customers (acquisitions, funding rounds, new industry regulations, etc.).
  • Sales Excellence: Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, maintain accurate customer and pipeline information within CRM systems, orchestrate and deploy appropriate internal teams and manage execution with partners to ensure successful sales outcomes.
What you bring:
  • +3 years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions.
  • Proven success in business application software sales and leading team‑selling environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, and upsells of subscription‑based solutions.
  • Experience in selling Enterprise Architecture or Business Process Management Software is beneficial.
  • Fluent in Business English.
  • Native or fluent in Nordics languages such as Swedish, Danish or Norwegian (mandatory).
  • Soft skills: Exceptional communication, both verbal and non‑verbal; strategic thinking with a high degree of creativity and innovation; strong executive presence and results‑driven mindset; ability to work across multiple teams within a matrix organization.
