Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Solution Project Manager to join an international Finance Transformation program focused on SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise applications. You will coordinate end-to-end projects, align business and technology teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful delivery across finance and IT functions.

You will collaborate in a global environment with Finance, IT, and business teams, contributing to large-scale SAP transformations with meaningful organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Project Manager in IT environments.
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Strong experience working with SAP FI.
• Experience within Finance processes and Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of lifecycle activities such as testing, deployments, and release management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Motivated to learn and grow within end-to-end transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP Finance transformation projects from planning through delivery and go-live.
• Manage stakeholders across different levels of the organization, including analysts, end users, managers, and executive sponsors.
• Coordinate functional, technical, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project planning, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
• Support project governance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA-related initiatives, integrations, and connected application landscapes.
• Coordinate testing and deployment activities, including SIT, UAT, change requests, and go-live planning.

Solution Project Manager - Finance Transformation

We are looking for a Solution Project Manager to join an international Finance Transformation program, leading initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA, financial processes, and connected enterprise applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end projects, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, managing stakeholders across multiple levels, and driving the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.

You will work within a global environment, collaborating with Finance, IT, and business teams on large-scale SAP transformation programs with significant organizational impact.
