• Bachelor’s degree in IT, logistics, or engineering.

As a Solution Architect at Element Logic, you'll design and deliver software solutions for automated warehouses, working closely with customers from the pre‑sales phase through implementation and go‑live. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll translate operational requirements into scalable solutions that combine logistics expertise, software capabilities, and AutoStore™ technology to improve efficiency, performance, and long‑term growth.

In this customer‑facing role, you will play a key part in shaping successful automation projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and helping customers realize the full value of their investment.

Responsibilities

Shape the future with our customers

• Present and demonstrate Element Logic’s software suite to potential customers, collaborating with them to understand logistical challenges and how our current and future solutions can address their needs.
• Contribute software expertise throughout the solution and pre‑sales phases.
• Define and lead the integration strategy across all project phases, from solution design through execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and contractual obligations.

Implement, test, and optimise solutions

• Analyse, document, and detail customers’ warehouse processes, system integrations, and requirements in close collaboration with the customer.
• Generate and maintain System Specifications and Software Functional Specifications for customer approval, ensuring consistency in interfaces, nomenclature, and alignment with mechanical, controls, and contractual requirements.
• Lead software installation activities and coordinate related stakeholders to ensure successful system delivery.
• Plan, execute, and secure comprehensive system testing, including acceptance tests, simulation and emulation tests, and site‑wide system testing, with thorough documentation of test strategies, plans, specifications, and results.
• Ensure the system meets expected throughput and availability targets, including producing system availability weightings and overseeing FEM availability calculations.
• Provide on‑site and online support during start of production, as well as user training on Element Logic’s software.
• Work with existing customers to optimise current solutions by translating operational needs into improved software functionality.
• Contribute to internal quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
• This position involves extensive travel as part of customer‑facing project work.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, logistics, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in either WMS implementation or optimisation.
• Good understanding of logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server (installation, services, networking), IIS, Cloud technologies, preferably MS Azure, MS SQL and databases.
• Experience in installing, configuring, and testing software systems.
• Experience in consulting work.
• Professional language skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
