UST España & Latam busca un Analista de Soluciones con experiencia en Azure, trabajando de forma remota desde España para apoyar al cliente en Sevilla y Andalucía. El rol implica gestionar el ciclo completo de requisitos, desde elicitation hasta pruebas, asegurando trazabilidad y alineación con objetivos de negocio.

Se requiere experiencia sólida en Azure, metodologías Agile/Waterfall y habilidades de comunicación para coordinar con equipos de Producto, Arquitectura y DevOps.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia como Analista de Soluciones y/o Analista de Negocios
• Experto en levantamiento, documentación y gestión del ciclo de vida de requisitos
• Modelado de casos de uso y estándares de especificación
• Conocimiento sólido de Agile (Scrum, SAFe) y/o Waterfall
• Dominio del ciclo de entrega IT de extremo a extremo
• Experiencia con Azure Cloud Services
• Capacidad para traducir requisitos en diseños de soluciones en la nube
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders
• Inglés C1

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el ciclo completo de requerimientos: elicitation, análisis, documentación, validación y refinamiento
• Asegurar que los requisitos sean claros, estructurados, verificables y alineados con prioridades
• Mantener trazabilidad de requisitos desde necesidades hasta especificaciones y casos de prueba
• Producir y gestionar documentación (BRD, FRD, casos de uso, criterios de aceptación)
• Facilitar talleres de stakeholders para alinear necesidades con el diseño
• Desarrollar flujos funcionales y casos de uso coherentes con la arquitectura
• Rastrear progreso de requisitos, calidad, riesgos y preparación
• Gestionar cambios y realizar análisis de impacto
• Colaborar con Producto, Arquitectura, Ingeniería, QA, Seguridad y DevOps/SRE
• Apoyar el diseño de soluciones y análisis de viabilidad para arquitecturas basadas en Azure
• Identificar oportunidades de mejora y AI
• Apoyar pruebas y UAT para asegurar alineación entre requisitos y soluciones

What we look for?

We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join the team of our client in Spain. You will act as a key bridge between business and technology, driving the definition and delivery of scalable, cloud-based solutions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.

High english level is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and refinement
• Ensure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business priorities
• Maintain full requirements traceability from business needs to functional specifications and test cases
• Produce and manage documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria)
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with solution design
• Develop functional flows and use cases consistent with architecture and business requirements
• Track requirements progress, quality, risks, and readiness
• Manage change requests and perform impact analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps/SRE teams
• Support solution design and feasibility analysis aligned with Azure-based architectures
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, including AI-driven capabilities
• Support testing and UAT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions

Mandatory requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst and/or Business Analyst
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and lifecycle management and requirements traceability and structured frameworks
• Use case modeling and specification standards
• Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end IT delivery lifecycle
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Functions, Key Vault, APIM, Service Bus, etc.)
• Understanding of application architecture and frontend/backend integration
• Ability to translate business requirements into cloud-native solution designs
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• English C1

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and .NET
• Exposure to AI and emerging technologies (Azure AI, Generative AI, automation)
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search (semantic, vector, hybrid search) and intelligent content workflows
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence
