• Experience in integrating packaging processes and network knowledge.
• Ability to work in Agile or ITIL environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with IT/business teams to define solutions.
• Automate service processes using scripting.
• Monitor SLAs and provide reporting on requests.
