ARRK Engineering Spain is offering an internship in Software Development for the UXV Stack in Madrid. You will develop software for unmanned defense systems and work closely with cross-functional teams to design and specify features.

You will implement software in an agile team, improve analysis tools, and participate in tests and code optimization. English communication is required; German is a plus. This role includes hybrid working arrangements and a student program.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in CS, telecoms or industrial engineering.
• Basic programming knowledge in C/C++.
• Familiar with version control and CI tools (Git/Jenkins).
• Interest in automated systems and willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions for unmanned vehicles in the defence field
• Work closely with cross-functional partner teams to design and specify new features
• Implement software in agile collaboration with your development team
• Improve Analysis and Simulation Tools
• Design and perform manual and automated software tests
• Proactive participation in code optimization and troubleshooting
• Participate in daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews and other relevant meetings

YOUR PROFILE

• Ongoing Master studies in computer science, telecommunication or industrial engineering or a comparable degree
• First Experience and basic knowledge in programming with C/C++
• Basic knowledge in dealing with version-control-and continuous integration platforms (Git/Jenkins)
• Interest in automated systems and willingness to learn about it
• First experience in agile automotive software development desirable
• Ability to solve challenging tasks analytically and independently
• Profound communication in spoken and written English
• Good German language skills is a plus
