  • Understand and troubleshoot issues related to PLCs, motion control cards, CAN Bus, sensors, motors, and other equipment control modules.
  • Identify whether field issues originate from software, hardware, electrical, communication, or mechanical systems, and coordinate with relevant teams to achieve timely resolution.
  • Support the R&D team with equipment upgrades, software version updates, and onsite validation.
4. Technical Communication & Issue Resolution
  • Serve as the technical interface between European customers/field teams and the China R&D team, accurately collecting, analyzing, and communicating field technical issues.
  • Translate customer-site issues into clear technical requirements, problem descriptions, and improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, R&D, and product teams in China to follow technical issues through to closure.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of recurring or systemic issues and recommend product or process improvements.
5. Technical Documentation & Compliance
  • Perform technical activities in accordance with the company's software development, quality management, and medical device-related procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain installation records, maintenance records, failure analysis reports, test reports, technical documentation, and customer service records.
  • Support product upgrades, CAPA activities, complaint investigations, and other quality-system-related technical activities.
6. Customer Training & European Regional Support
  • Provide equipment operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting training to customers, distributors, and internal teams as required.
  • Support customer field service activities in Spain and other European countries.
  • Travel throughout Europe based on business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
