Job summary

Haufe Group in Barcelona is seeking a mid-level full-stack Software Engineer to join a cloud-based HR product team. You will own features from design to deployment, work with Node.js, TypeScript and React, and collaborate with design, product management and sales to deliver real value.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with 12 days in the office per quarter and up to 8 weeks of fully remote work. Relocation support is available, and you’ll join a people-first culture that values autonomy, trust

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications
• Solid knowledge of modern React patterns (hooks, context, state management)
• Experience delivering production-grade UIs
• Knowledge & experience working with AWS services
• Good practices around clean code
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership mindset, team player, and result-driven attitude

Responsibilities
