Auctane in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced software solutions. You will lead projects, mentor colleagues, and influence technology decisions to deliver high-quality products.
You will build cloud-based APIs and microservices, ensure quality and performance, and collaborate with production teams, management, and external partners to ensure solution alignment.

- Proven experience designing and developing advanced software systems.

- University degree in Software Engineering.

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced software solutions. You will be responsible for leading projects, participating in strategic technology decision-making, and mentoring less experienced team members. Your expertise in programming and software engineering will be essential for achieving project goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
- Designing system architectures and developing complex software components while considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Creating high-quality software code in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
- Managing software testing processes, identifying and resolving issues, and optimizing system performance and scalability.
- Delivering cloud-oriented API-based components and microservices adhering to the highest engineering standards.
- Mentoring junior team members by providing technical support, guidance, and sharing knowledge and experience to facilitate their professional growth.
- Influencing team direction and task prioritization.
- Tackling complex problems requiring deep analysis and evaluation of diverse factors.
- Collaborating closely with other departments, such as production teams, and management, to ensure solution consistency and compliance.

- University or FP degree in Software Engineering
- Proficiency in English is required for this role
- Experience with:
- C# .NET
- TypeScript
- JavaScript / React (or any other JS framework)
