Techstyle Fashion Group busca un ingeniero de software backend para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener APIs RESTful y basadas en eventos que alimentan la plataforma Evolve WMS. Colaborarás con equipos de frontend y móvil para entregar características de extremo a extremo y optimizar flujos de almacén a gran escala.

Contribuirás al ciclo de vida del software con documentación clara y buenas prácticas, enfocándote en servicios backend escalables y rendimiento de bases de datos.

Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia profesional en ingeniería de software.
• 3+ años desarrollando y escalando grandes sistemas back-end.
• 2+ años de experiencia con Node.js (TypeScript es un plus).
• Familiaridad con colas de mensajes o arquitectura basada en eventos (Kafka preferido).
• Competencia avanzada en SQL, optimización de consultas y stored procedures.

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, develop, and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs that power the Evolve WMS platform. You will collaborate with front-end and mobile teams to deliver end-to-end features that optimize warehouse workflows. You’ll contribute to the software development lifecycle with clear documentation and best practices, and you’ll focus on scalable backend services and database performance. This is a chance to impact a large distributed system while working in a hybrid, people-focused culture. You will join a mission-driven team striving to improve warehouse operations at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs
• Collaborate with front-end and mobile teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle and best practices
• Design, optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures for large distributed systems
• Develop and maintain APIs interfacing with upstream and downstream systems
• Collaborate with platform architects to ensure performance
• Create documentation for stored procedures, DB logic, and APIs
• Support scalable debugging, triage, monitoring, and defect resolution
• Foster trust and accountability within the team

Responsabilidades

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience managing, developing and scaling large-scale back-end systems
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js (TypeScript a plus)
• Familiarity with message queues or event-driven architecture (Kafka preferred)
• Expert-level SQL skills including query optimization and stored procedures in large transactional environments
