Prima is seeking a Software Engineer focused on IAM to design, build and operate scalable identity solutions. You will work on IAM SaaS like Okta, develop Rust services, and create automated workflows to support Prima’s processes.

You will collaborate with Security and People teams to evolve the identity model while maintaining IaC and developer tooling for a wide engineering audience. Remote-friendly across Europe, with private healthcare and wellbeing programs included.

Formación

• IAM-focused software engineering experience.
• Experience with Okta or IAM SaaS.
• Familiar with IaC and automation tools (Pulumi).
• Proficient in Rust and Python.
• Strong English communication for multidisciplinary teams.

Here are the details**What you'll do:- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage IAM SaaS such as Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust.- Develop and operate custom services in Rust to extend and adapt SaaS functionality to better support and automate Prima’s processes.- Care for the end user experience of IAM platforms creating automated request workflows, internal procedures and documentation and configuring user-facing sections of SaaS platforms.- Maintain IaC and software libraries, abstractions and documentation to support the developer experience of other engineering teams adopting IAM solutions.- Work with the Security and the People team to evolve Prima’s core identity and access model.What we're looking for:- Experience as a Software Engineer, focusing on IAM solutions.- Experience with Okta or other IAM SaaS solutions.- Familiarity with automation tools and IaC frameworks like Pulumi.- Proficiency in writing code, ideally in Rust and Python.- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Nice-to-have:- Experience as a Software Engineer, focusing on IAM within the Insurance sector.**Why you’ll love it here**** Work Your Way:** Enjoy full flexibility – work from home, the office or a mix of both.
