• Fluidez en español requerida.

Responsabilidades

• Entregar software funcional en cada sprint, asumiendo la responsabilidad completa por los incrementos.
• Colaborar en equipos multifuncionales, utilizando contribuciones multi-habilidad.
• Participar activamente en la planificación de sprints y revisiones dentro de los marcos ágiles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across scripting, integration, incident management, and stakeholder support. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with programming languages suitable for building maintainable and production-ready applications (e.g., Java, C#, Go, C++).
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing multi-skilled contributions across areas.
• Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile frameworks.
• Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value.
• Engage in continuous learning and process improvements.
• Support continuous integration with automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Promote transparency and coordinate efforts with other teams.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration.
• Take collective ownership of the product, sharing successes and failures.
• Participate in team-building activities to foster positive dynamics.
