We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience, capable of planning and managing social media profiles and content, contributing to brand objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong client-oriented mindset, excellent planning and organizational skills, a full-funnel social media vision, and in-depth knowledge of platforms, storytelling, audiences, and social trends.
Lead client communication related to Social Media, participating in the presentation of proposals and results.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to develop strategies and content with a cross-functional Social Media approach.
Execute Social Media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Plan and coordinate content production for multiple social platforms, including the management, organization, and supervision of social media shoots and collaboration with Content Creators.
Support the creative team with recommendations and guidance (formats, brand tone, trends, etc.).
Identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports with key learnings.
Supervise and guide Community Managers and other team members to ensure campaign cohesion and effectiveness, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Work closely with other departments, both internal and client-side, to ensure brand strategy consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate on pitch proposals.
Proven experience of more than 3 years as a Social Media Manager.
In-depth knowledge of social media and digital trends: platforms, industry, audiences, storytelling, and behaviors.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. Extensive knowledge of analytics and management tools; experience with Sprinklr is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and strategic project vision.
Creative, aesthetic, and visual sensitivity.
C1 level of English will be valued by Talent Team.
