Lucky Fours, a fast-growing premium men’s watch and jewelry brand in Europe, is seeking an Instagram-focused social media lead. You will own end-to-end content, community care, and how our library is used organically.

You’ll build reels from existing content, engage the community across posts and ads, launch and run Instagram Communities, and craft captions that are current, on-brand and sharp.

Formación

• Based in Europe and able to work with European teams.
• Experience managing social for fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent or native English with strong caption writing ability.

We're a fast-growing premium men's watch and jewelry brand. We have a large audience, a deep content library, and we're bringing our organic social in-house. You'd own Instagram end to end: what goes out, how the community is looked after, and how our content library gets used organically.

What you'll do

• Monitor tags and mentions daily and reshare the best of it to our story
• Build a consistent reels output from our existing content library, shifting us away from image-led posting
• Look after the community across our posts and ads, answering genuine questions and keeping our comment sections in good shape
• Launch and run Instagram Communities
• Write captions that are current, sharp and on-brand

What we're looking for

• Based in Europe
• A real eye for aesthetic and a working knowledge of what's trending right now
• Native or near-native English
• Experience running social for a fashion, jewelry or lifestyle brand
• Comfortable operating through Meta Business Suite with delegated access
