GMV seeks a SOC-CERT Project Manager to lead the management and evolution of security monitoring and incident response services. You will coordinate SOC analysts and incident responders to strengthen protection of complex infrastructures and improve incident handling.

You will drive continuous improvement, automation, and SOC maturity, while preparing technical and executive reports for clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in cybersecurity project management or SOC services.
• Familiarity with SOC/CERT/CSIRT environments and incident management.
• Experience coordinating technical cybersecurity teams.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, Sentinel).
• Knowledge of EDR/XDR technologies.
• Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001.
• Experience tracking KPIs, SLAs, and producing reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects related to SOC and CERT services operation and evolution.
• Coordinate technical SOC analysts and cybersecurity specialists.
• Oversee detection, analysis, and management of security incidents.
• Track KPIs and SLAs for monitoring and incident response services.
• Define and improve detection, analysis, and incident response procedures.
• Coordinate communication with clients and stakeholders during critical incidents.
• Drive automation and SOC maturity initiatives.
• Prepare technical and executive reports on service status.
