Wizeline, a global AI-centric technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps or Cloud Security Engineer in Barcelona. The role focuses on cloud posture, vulnerability management, and automation within modern cloud-native ecosystems.

You will partner with Security and DevOps teams, implement IaC and CI/CD security, and drive remediation of high-priority posture issues across multi-cloud environments.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Security Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience using CSPM or CNAPP like Wiz, Palo Alto Prisma, or Orca.
• Proven experience managing Vulnerability Posture and Secret Posture across microservices, containers, and serverless architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline security.
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell).

• Cloud Risk & Posture Oversight: Monitor cloud security state using data dashboards and track issues to reduce debt and exposure.
• Risk Prioritization & Remediation: Lead remediation for posture issues with engineering teams to resolve high-severity items.
• Automation & Orchestration: Build automated workflows and policy-as-code to prevent issues from reaching production.
• Vulnerability & Secret Management: Audit posture issues and maintain secrets hygiene across environments.
• Metrics & Health SLA: Align with SLAs to minimize critical issues and reduce high-severity trends.
• Incident Response & Collaboration: Triage findings with Security and DevOps to refine posture policies.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Risk & Posture Oversight: Monitor the organization’s cloud security state using Wiz Data dashboards. Track issue severity, trend lines, and average issue age to continuously reduce technical debt and exposure.
• Risk Prioritization & Remediation: Serve as the primary operational responder for Posture Issues (Vulnerabilities, Exposed Secrets, Data Risks, and Graph Controls). Drive actionable remediation paths with engineering teams to move critical/high-severity issues to resolution.
• Automation & Orchestration: Build automated workflows and Guardrails (CI/CD, IaC checks, policy-as-code) to prevent critical/high issues from reaching production and to streamline auto-resolution of posture findings.
• Vulnerability & Secret Management: Audit and track Vulnerability Posture Issues and Secret Posture Issues. Ensure secrets hygiene across all environments and maintain full lifecycle visibility from discovery to resolution.
• Metrics & Health SLA: Maintain continuous alignment with organizational SLAs: target zero Critical issues and ensure a declining trend line for High-severity issues across all cloud workloads.
• Incident Response & Collaboration: Partner with Security and DevOps teams to triage reopened findings, analyze root causes, and refine posture policies to eliminate recurring risks.

Must-have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Security Engineer in enterprise environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience using Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) or Cloud Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP) like Wiz, Palo Alto Prisma, or Orca.
• Proven experience managing Vulnerability Posture and Secret Scanning across microservices, containers, and serverless architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline security.
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with Graph-based security tools or Graph Controls.
• Knowledge of cloud security compliance frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, SOC2, ISO 27001).
• Relevant certifications: AWS Certified Security / Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), or equivalent.
